Tours are guided by local experts and community leaders, making this a special opportunity to explore your state with the people who know it best!
The first of this series of tours will take visitors through the Twickenham Historic District, the first historic district designated in Huntsville. Featuring homes in the Federal and Greek Revival architectural styles introduced to the city by Virginia-born architect George Steele in the 1800s, the Twickenham Historic District contains the densest concentration of antebellum homes in Alabama. Come see some of the oldest buildings in the state and hear their captivating stories on the Sweet Home Alabama April Saturday Walking Tour!
Step outside of our welcoming and comfortable community at Presbyterian Towers, the premier apartments in Decatur, Alabama, for the day! This event is coming to town on Saturday, and it promises to be a wonderful time!
